In other celebrity pastry news, the owner of Beth's Special Teas in Sandwich reports that two of her cakes have made their way to the set of the Adam Sandler and Chris Rock movie "Grown-Ups," which is currently filming at Water Wizz water park in Wareham.

A police officer who is a regular customer at the shop has recently been working at the film site, owner Beth Giampietro explained.

After telling people on the set about the tea shop's cakes, the officer decided to bring them one: a chocolate cake with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate ganache, said Giampietro, whose cakes range from $15 to $60, depending on size.

"He said it didn't hardly make it out of his car before it was eaten," she said.

The response was so good, she said, that the police officer came back yesterday morning to get another cake.

"It was very exciting," Giampietro said. "Adam Sandler and Chris Rock ate my cake!"
